RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Place the shoes in their original shoe box, then place the items in their original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

  • Close the box and tape it securely. Please make sure to add your order number on the return label. Place the return label inside the shipping box.

  • Send the return with a carrier of your choice. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for these costs. We advice you to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

  • Goran Horal Ltd does not take any responsibility for any damage to or loss of items during return shipping.

Important information

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, accompanied by the return label.
Be aware that the shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Since the shoe box is considered part of the product, it needs to be returned in its original undamaged state.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. First exchange of an item is shipped to you free of charge, thereafter any shipping costs shall belong to you for any further exchanges. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at goranhoral.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Quality Guarantee

If you have received a faulty or damaged pair of Göran Horal shoes, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
